A borderline AMH level of between 3.5 to 4 in some instances with other parameter being normal like normal LH levels and normal ovarian volume and no polycystic pattern on the can sometimes be possible, but it is not very usual, but if there are not other sign of polycystic ovaries, then you need not worry, you have to worry when the AMH levels are lower than the normal. That is one thing that cautions the doctor and the patient about a declining fertility but a borderline high AMH level and if you don’t have added features of polycystic ovaries, there is absolutely no reason to worry and you can ignore it as part of a normal variation and just move on.
