Ingredients:
1) Chicken 750gm

2) Marinate the Chicken for one hour prior to cooking
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1 teaspoon each of ginger & garlic paste
1.5 tablespoon of mustard oil

3) For Cooking
1 whole onion sliced
3 tablespoon of posto seeds made to paste (soak it in warm water for at least an hour before making the paste)
Cumin seeds
5-6 green cardamom
2 dry Kashmiri red chili
3 bay leaves
3 1 inch stick of cinnamon
6-8 pieces of cloves

4) Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
