Once you've created a profile, anyone signing up for Fundamentals or HandsFree will experience a "piece of cake" sign up process. For anyone trying to get into a higher level class, there is an extra step to take due to the prerequisites for these particular classes. We may need to see your CE's if you attended a non-FasciAshi course, and we'll need to go in and manually add your prerequisites to the profile you just created. Once we do that step (You'll have to contact us to let us know that you are stuck) then we'll do our prereq verification and get your profile ready, then you'll log back in and complete the registration process.
That all should just be a one-time hiccup, it'll be smooth sailing for all future registrations you make to our classes moving forward.
