Time To Take Over The Jamaican Kitchen!

We're retired in rural Jamaica, and today I take over the kitchen! Well, at least for lunch anyway...we put our eggs, bok choy and peppers to work as we create a quesadilla-inspired dish to prove to Sonia that 'anyone can cook'. But first, we have to get the boys off to school in one piece and Sonia and I spend some time in Highgate searching for the perfect wheel barrel to help us with our project in the garden. The chickens are up to their usual mischief, as they still cannot seem to find the correct place to lay their eggs! Later, the boys return home and it's homework time for all. Andre stops by later in the evening to enjoy some games and catch up with all of his YouTube family. Richness is Life.
