2020 has been a really difficult year, a tool that's really been helping me with my mental sanity is affirmations. In today's video I want you to paint with me, let's create affirmations for positive thinking!

I've been using affirmations for positive thinking during the times that I feel overwhelmed with negativity, or maybe challenged with a problem. I've noticed my mind really does shift into new feelings, by repeating affirmations.

I decided to create affirmation cards in order to spread them around my apt. This way I have affirmations for positive thinking all around me.
