What to do With Soft Pastel Dust? How to Keep Pastel Residue Off Your Paper | Art Tutorial

Dry pastel as a media has very few downfalls in my opinion, but one of the main issues pastel artists face is the extra dust debris that is left on your paper as you work. This dust is not only annoying and obstructive to your artwork, but is also harmful to your lungs so this video aims to help you continue using dry pastels safely. I do not recommend blowing the dust by any means, both for the reasons of breathing in that dust and also because it will ruin your artwork.
