Stone Chicken & Rice Recipe (Village Style)

No oil is used in this recipe. Grate 6 onions and mix them with crushed walnuts, pomegranate juice, and 4 types of pickles. Stuff this mixture inside the chickens.
Place hot clean stones in a pot, then arrange the stuffed chickens with potatoes and tomatoes on top of the stones. Cover and let everything cook slowly until tender.
Wash and parboil the rice, drain it, then cook it until fully done. Serve with the stone-cooked chicken.
