Freezing Rain, Sleet & Snow in Southern Ohio | Backpacking in Zaleski State Forest

Our first, quick overnight of the 2020 season is in the books! We found a free weekend to meet some people down in Zaleski State Forest. This trip contained all the typical conditions of an Ohio winter trip - rain, freezing rain, sleet, and snow! Great trip to get back in the groove of winter backpacking, and do some more gear testing and tuning. Zaleski is a great, convenient place to get some good backpacking miles in.
