I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs, 7.5kg/16.5Lbs, 10kg/22Lbs & 15kg/33Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

How it’s done: Complete 2 sets of each exercise before moving onto the next 40 secs work/20 secs rest
