How Brian Eno "Invented" Ambient Music

With the release of his album “Ambient 1 Music for Airports” in 1978, one of popular music’s foremost innovators, Brian Eno, famously set out to create music that was “As ignorable as it was interesting." In doing so, birthing a whole new musical genre - ambient music.
