Turns out that the air fuel mixture screw was adjusted for the plugged up regulator so when I unplugged it the car ran way too rich and stalled....I ended up taking the wur apart and tapped the adjusting pin back out to flush with the body...Had to buy a fuel pressure testor guage to recalibrate the warm up regulator adjustment pin and then reset the air fuel mixture screw back to factory setting.....The engine starts first try every time now.
I ended up putting the finest mesh screen in the middle of the stack......
