HD RETROVISION CABLES and the RETROTINK 2X DEMO and DISCUSSION

How do the HD Retrovision cables compare to composite or even emulation in terms of quality when used with the Retrotink 2X? I compare that setup against composite through the Retrotink and even do a side by side against the new SEGA collection on the Nintendo Switch!
