Resep Kembang Kol Krispi Pedas Manis (untuk 4 porsi)
Bahan:
250 gr kembang kol
700 ml air
1 sdm garam
Bahan adonan basah:
80 gr tepung bumbu serbaguna
½ sdt paprika bubuk (opsional)
½ sdt oregano kering (opsional)
1 butir telur
50 ml air
Bahan saus:
3 sdm mentega tawar/margarin
3 sdm saus sambal
3 sdm sambal bangkok
2 siung bawang putih
1-2 sdt perasan lemon
1 sdt gula pasir
Bahan cocolan:
3 sdm plain yogurt
50 gr mayones
1-2 sdt perasan lemon (opsional)
¼ sdt parsley kering
1 sdm bawang bombai cincang
¼ sdt garam
½ sdt gula pasir
1 sdm air
Pelapis:
tepung roti putih
Cara membuat:
1. Potong kembang kol kemudian rendam dengan air dan garam. Rendam selama 10-15 menit, tiriskan
2. Di dalam mangkuk, masukkan telur, air, tepung bumbu serbaguna, oregano kering dan paprika bubuk, aduk rata kemudian masukkan kembang kol, aduk rata
3. Balurkan kembang kol ke dalam tepung roti lalu susun sebagian kembang kol ke dalam air fryer dan oles dengan minyak. Panggang di suhu 180 derajat celcius selama 15-18 menit
4. Panaskan minyak, goreng sisa kembang kol hingga kecokelatan, tiriskan
5. Di dalam mangkuk, campurkan mayones, plain yogurt, garam, gula pasir, bawang bombai cincang, parsley kering dan perasan lemon, aduk rata lalu tambahkan air, aduk rata
6. Panaskan wajan, masukkan margarin, bawang putih yang dicincang, tumis hingga wangi kemudian masukkan saus sambal, sambal bangkok, perasan lemon dan gula pasir, masak sesaat
7. Masukkan kembang kol ke dalam wajan, masak hingga merata
8. Kembang kol krispi pedas manis siap disajikan

Sweet & Spicy Crispy Cauliflower Recipe (yield 4 servings)
Ingredients:
250 g cauliflower
700 ml water
1 tbsp salt
Batter ingredients:
80 g seasoned flour
1/2 tsp paprika powder (optional)
1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
1 pc egg
50 ml water
Sauce ingredients:
3 tbsp unsalted butter/margarine
3 tbsp chili sauce
3 tbsp Bangkok sambal
2 clove garlic
1-2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
Dip ingredients:
3 tbsp plain yogurt
50 g mayonnaise
1-2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp water
Coating:
White breadcrumb
Steps:
1. Slice the cauliflower and soak in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Drain.
2. In a bowl, combine egg, water, seasoned flour, dried oregano, and paprika powder. Mix well, then add cauliflower and mix evenly.
3. Coat the cauliflower in breadcrumbs, then arrange some of them in the air fryer and brush with oil. Bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes.
4. Heat oil and fry the remaining cauliflower until golden, then drain.
5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, plain yogurt, salt, sugar, chopped onion, dried parsley, and lemon juice. Stir well, then add water and mix evenly.
6. Heat a pan. Add margarine and chopped garlic. Sauté until fragrant, then add chili sauce, Bangkok sambal, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook briefly.
7. Add cauliflower to the pan and cook until evenly coated.
8. Sweet & Spicy Crispy Cauliflower is ready to serve.
