he 12 News I-Team has exclusively obtained audio files of current and former Goodyear Police Department employees describing an initiation process for Goodyear’s part-time SWAT team that was kept secret for years.

The current and former employees were interviewed by detectives from the Chandler Police Department.

Chandler Police began asking about "Hell Day" when they launched a criminal investigation after former Goodyear Police Officer Jamie Cole accused Joe Pacello, Goodyear's then SWAT commander, of sexually assaulting her under the guise of SWAT training.
