We listen and don’t judge when it comes to someone else’s personal life. But when it comes to fair housing, we are definitely judging this LAZY LEGISLATION 🗣️

Although several nationalities face certain exclusions to buy property in several US states due to national security concerns, Florida is an “overachiever” when it comes to banning China. How so? Chinese nationals face stricter rules, being prohibited from owning any property unless they are U.S. citizens or permanent residents with limited exceptions for purchasing one residential property under specific conditions. That’s not fair housing.

Sounds like homebuyers need The Talk now more than ever. Not the birds and bees talk but The Talk about buying and selling your home “without getting got”
