This set was built because I thought with all the other space stuff LEGo has been coming out with, it would be on theme, and got this set on clearance from Walmart.com a while ago, otherwise I would never have headed this set. Normally it would have been $50, but I managed to get mine for less than $17 after taxes. I do like the figs in this set. All unique, all good for a general LEGO city display but also this set specially. The guy running ride has an exclusive torso and hat. The build itself is ok, mine seems chopping and un-smooth when I try to crank it; it’s already broken on me several times. This also isn’t really a build I’m into, I’m not a big builder or rides, nor big truck, nor am I a huge space enthusiast normally. Obviously this set would have been better if is had all prints instead of sticks, but I understand why they used stickers, and honestly, it’s better to have stickers than no details at all. Looking at this set as a parts pack, it’s better than you’d imagine, it has a u quite print, and a lot of either rare or unique green and lime pieces. There’s also a fair amount of purple and some build grey and dark grey pieces which I always like to use in MOCs. Overall for a grade I am going to give this set a C, I’m not upset that I have it, and it’s better than I thought it’d be, but that’s not saying much and I still plant to use this exclusively as a parts pack as soon as I get done reviewing it.
