How I Made Campari From Scratch Recipe

In this video I'm going to show you how I made Campari from scratch. With this DIY homemade Campari recipe you can fine tune your negronis like a pro. Though my version uses the traditional Italian ingredient of cochineal bugs, there's nothing buggy about it. It maintains that bitter, crisp and slightly sweet flavor and pairs beautifully with the classic negroni ingredients and other cocktail favorites.
