It’s a book for value investors
That will teach you how to calculate the intrinsic value of any company and its company health
It’ll tell you exactly what to look for and how to analyze companies

For example:
The problem for the stock market is that because its fueled it's by supply and demand
It can drive the price of stock beyond its true value
So your goal as an investor is to understand the true value of the company

Story:
This is the book that change warren buffet becomes warren buffet
And it came out in 1949, and even after 70 years
All of the principles still apply today.
( it just takes a lot more work to find those companies)

Also:
When I read this book I was 19, it felt like reading Japanese for the first week
But you have to search, practice and understand every chapter
And after reading the book I bought Walmart for a discount and made my first profit of 15%.
Tip: I didn’t whole because, at the time, I was taking advice from a bad professor that didn’t know what he was doing.

2. The little book about common sense investing by John C Bogle
If you like a little drama and entertainment this is the book to read
Basically, John C bOGLE was the guy that created the s&p 500 index fund by Vanguard
And in this book, he goes in and tells you exactly all the benefits of investing in index funds and why it's so much better than mutual funds

The Core Idea:
Index investing guarantees you the return of the market
And it's very low risk and also has little fees
So it's like owning the entire stock market instead of one stock and taking all the risk

But..:
Although Warren these days says its good
He also believes that this is for average return not for 80 billion dollar fortune he has
But.. what warren buffet does is read financial statement for 8 hours a day ( which is not for everyone either)

If you want to get into real estate this is a great book to do
It shows you how to take the luck out of real investing
And how to a small or huge fortune

It’ll teach you to define the criteria for what you're looking for ( single-family or multi, how many bedrooms and sq
Terms: making sure it fits your terms and the return you want to get from it ( and it doesn’t you might have to negotiate or walk away)
