Eston 4x4 Valley Adventures, Post floods 2022 and general camping.

It's no secret we spend most weekends at Eston 4x4, it's close and convenient for us as a family to disappear to for a night or two when we're in between bigger trips.

There are loads of misconceptions around Eston 4x4, firstly you can have a great outing in a stock vehicle and not damage it, secondly you do not need a guide, it is a self drive facility. Lastly, there are plenty campsites available of which 80% are grassed, 2 large fully equipped ablution blocks are complete with hot water via a Donkey boiler and there are now abundant solar lights around the campsite. There is no electricity nor cellphone signal at the campsite.

This video was filmed around 3 weeks ago and since then almost all of the roads have been repaired and there has been an incredible effort put into sorting out the trails, to the point where you will battle to find cleaner better maintained trails in KZN.
