This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building right off the main pedestrian road in the city center. It can host up to 4 adults but has an additional sitting area with a sofa bed that could work great for children.

Upon entry on the right, there is a small laundry area where you will find the washing machine and a door that leads out onto a unique terrace with a wonderful view over Piazza Garibaldi and out over the Chiana valley. This is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening aperitivo! You can also access this same terrace from the fully equipped kitchen and living room area, which together form a large and spacious, well-lit room with a fabulous, open setup. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (separate from the bedrooms) with showers.
