You're probably wondering why on earth choose a pink/purple look when I have all those amazing reds available to me? Well it's no big secret that I love pink/purple combinations and I was really drawn to these eyeshadow shades. I promise to revisit this Makeup Revolution Red Alert and do another tutorial sometime in the future and I will create a red visage for you.

This Revolution Red Alert palette has some really deeply pigmented shades with some makeup fallout to watch out for. My experiments with the "gold toned" shades were kinda "meh" take it or leave it really. I would have loved for Makeup Revolution to go big and bold with an extremely pigmented and shimmery gold that makes a double take statement.
