India is the country in which the Counstitution is Supreme. But the Constitutioned Legislative Councils are Abolished in many of the States.

In this Video I explained the history and politics behind the abolition/Dissolution of the Tamil legislative council. Also the Dissolution of the legislative council is according to Article - 169.
