Today in Amma chethi vanta we prepared a tasty, healthy and complete instant breakfast recipe.It is nothing but soft and smooth roti or phulka recipe with chole masala curry/chana masala recipe with kabuli chana or chick peas.It is best combination for nutritious recipe for breakfast as well as dinner.It will be very delicious if you add butter after switching off the flame in the process of making chole masala curry.

Ingredients:

For Phulka/Roti:

Wheat flour 2 Cups
Salt to taste
Boiled water as required

For Chole Masala:

Kabuli Chana 1 Cup
Water
Salt to taste
Oil 2 Tbsp
Onion 2 medium
Tomato 2 medium
Whole garam masala
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Green chilli 1
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped Cilantro
