The simpliest recipe of mussel/clam cooked in coconut milk.

Ingredients:

onions
ginger
Chillies
Seasoning granules
Water spinach
Water
Ground pepper
Salt
Coconut milk
Cooking oil
Mussel/clam

Procedure:
1.chop the onions,ginger and chillies into small pieces.
2.put the cooking oil in the frying pan if it is already hot.
3.saute the onion,ginger,chillies and mussel
4.put the seasoning granules
5.put the coconut milk then let it boil for 10mins.
6.add water,salt and ground pepper
7.last add the water spinach and taste it if you get the taste you want then thats it.
