And they are officially married! I can't believe it! We're finally getting to witness Casey and Brett tie the knot. This episode marks Kara Kilmer's final appearance as Sylvie Brett on Chicago Fire. The ceremony was beautiful, their vows were beautiful (I have a few things to say about them, but it's not the place here).
