This is part 1 of a two part video showing a detailed description of how to check and adjust valve lash in a Kawasaki VN800 motorcycle. This bike uses replaceable shims to adjust valve clearance. Along the way we examine the Kawasaki Air Suction Emission Control system, some fundamental details of the cooling system, and we do a spark plug change.
