How To Make A Liquor Bottle Cake (SUPER SECURE FOR A 4 HOUR TAXI DRIVE) || Hall In This Together 💜

This cake was a whole story, so I did a similar cake already on this channel, but that one was travelling like 20-30mins so it wasn't all that crazy. thennnnnnnnn this order came to challenge me. I had the same plan in mind, I even decided I was gonna use the cap of the Belaire box to be the base, I checked the day before and it was perfect. except that on the day of the pickup the customer told me they were taking a combination of taxis and buses and that they were traveling alone and with long nails and the whole works. she told me that she had to pickup the cake, go tp the hairdresser (that is super hot with hair dryers and heated hair tools) and the cake is covered with buttercream that funny enough is make from butter that melts in the heat. after keeping that cake in the fridge until the most possible last min to make sure the frosting was rock solid and not in hearing all of this the day of pickup, I started to panic and had to MAKE a bottle holder that I was able to incorporate in the design in order to make the bottle removable without messing with the design.
after the cake went through all of that the customer told me that it wasn't until she got to the destination that the cake got messed up but it was still standing and so imma call that a huge win lol.
