South Bay Workforce Investment Board (SBWIB) Executive Director, Jan Vogel, talks about the no cost services offered to adult, youth and businesses in the South Bay, highlighting the new Bio-Flex program.

The new Bio-Flex program, modeled after the Aero-Flex program, which is the first apprenticeship in the country, is an employer driven program currently recruiting pre-apprentices and businesses looking to partner.
