The Box | A Short Cinematic Film

200 years apart, "The Box" is the story of two men's descent into madness after discovering a small metal box that knows all their secrets. The two men did something terrible early on in their life. They have repressed their feelings and stored away any thoughts of what they did deep down in the bottom of their soul. They never told anyone about what they did but it has always haunted them. When they find the box and open it up they look inside and realize the box knows exactly what they did. Now their paranoid that someone has found out their secret. They think they're being watched and followed. They think that everyone who sees them knows what they did. It drives them to the point of having insane paranoia, sleep deprivation, and even thoughts of suicide. They realize that no matter how hard they try they can never escape their past. In the end, the only way to get rid of these feelings is to get rid of the box.
