As we get better at reading a coffee bean bag, we realize that coffee tasting notes are subjective opinions that someone at the roastery determines in a cupping session.

This way, you end up making a repertoire of conditions that you can look beyond the coffee flavor notes to make an educated selection the next time you buy a bag of beans!
