[ WHAT'S THIS ABOUT? ]

In today's episode, I return to my old stomping grounds—the satellite city of Bucheon, located between Seoul and Incheon, in the metropolitan area. MS (🇰🇷) and I (🇵🇱) visit the Hyundai shopping mall—a brand known in the West mainly for its automotive industry. We also take a stroll through a nearby park to learn about An Jung-Geun (안중근)—an important figure in Korea's history. Finally, I'll take you on a tour of the neighborhood where I took my first steps during my travels to Asia and explain why I am so emotionally connected to this unassuming city, located away from the center of Seoul.

About SIM cards... The easiest way for tourists to get one is at the airport. These are typically meant strictly for internet, with unlimited data. However, this option is not suitable for longer stays as they are short-term and expensive. But if you are planning a stay of 1-2 weeks, I highly recommend getting one. It is also possible to buy SIM cards before visiting Korea, although I have never looked into this myself, but seen a lot of information about it online.
