Bidi Brawl Turns Deadly: Youth Killed Outside Jwala Nagar Shamshan Ghat, Accused in Custody*🚨 ”

Incident:-
Sir, on 7.11.2024, a PCR call vide DD no. 12A was received at PS Vivek Vihar from CAT Ambulance stating therein that one person was found unconscious near shamshan ghat Jwala Nagar and on checking the person was found dead. At the spot i.e. outside Shamshan Ghat, Jwala Nagar one boy was found dead and he was identified as Sunny s/o Late Parvinder Singh r/o 28/83, Kasturba Nagar, Delhi age about 20 yrs. Blood was found oozing from his nose. The spot was inspected by Crime team. The dead body was preserved in Subzi Mandi mortuary. Further, postmortem of the deceased was conducted and dead body was handed over to its family members.
Motive:
On local enquiry and detailed investigation, one Rajesh R/o Gali No. 1, Jwala Nagar identified as the main suspect of this case. On the previous night, Sunny approached Rajesh, allegedly asking him for a Bidi. This simple request spiraled into an argument, leading to a physical confrontation. On detailed investigation it has been disclosed that both were sustained injuries during the quarrel, which escalated rapidly. Rajesh picked up a large stone and struck Sunny, delivering a fatal blow. This severe impact resulted in blunt force trauma, causing Sunny’s death on the spot.
Background of the Deceased:
Sunny, the deceased, had a history of involvement. He had previously been invcolved as a juvenile in a case vide FIR No. 543/22, dated 12.8.22 U/s 302/34 IPC and 25 Arms Act PS Vivek Vihar. A case vide FIR No. 541/24, dated 7.11.24, U/s 103 (1) BNS was registered at PS Vivek Vihar. Alleged Rajesh was taken in custody, investigation going on for collecting more evidences and ascertain more details about brawl occurred between deceased and accused person.
Deceased - Sunny S/o Lt. Parvinder Singh R/o 28/83, Kasturba Nagar, Delhi ,Age- 20 yrs.
Accused: Rajesh S/o Hari Shankar R/o 61, Gali No. 1, Jwala Nagar, Delhi.
