Orthodox Jewish Mom Evening Routine | 10 Things to Set me up for Success | Jar of Fireflies

Let's talk about my evening routine! With a new baby it's less of a routine and more of a list of ten things that I do each evening that wind down my day and help set me up for success for the next day. These range from the practical like setting out my clothes for the morning to the spiritual like how I say Shema right before going to sleep each night, to the intellectual by reading books to help me wind down. Some of the night prep is a family affair and some is just me and my husband spending time to reconnect each evening. It all adds up to setting me up for a successful next day and winding down in a thoughtful and meaningful way each night.
