The Bowie knife is done. It's been more than a year's worth of on-and-off work. I couldn't be happier with it. This high-carbon antique steel, hand-forged blade features a successful hamon, which is bright and visible. All brass hardware and a stacked leather handle with a rayskin covering.
Included is a leather scabbard with a leather strap for carrying the blade down and over the shoulder.

It's time to play with this knife and see what it's all about.

In the future, I want to do this all over again. Yes, it's a Bowie knife, but clearly it's Crocidial Dundees' knife. With all I've learned, now I want to visit a true recreation of a gunslinger's sidearm. Something Mr. Bowie himself would state, "thats a knife!"
