CHIDOZIE - FadaBarto (Official Video)

This is the official video of CHIDOZIE, an Igbo Holy Communion Song by FadaBarto. CHIDOZIE simply means "May God fix it". It is a prayer in song whereby the singer prays for God's divine assistance in making his or her life better. It is believed and hoped that this song will speak words of conversion and appeal to all who genuinely seek God's transformative assistance, especially through the Eucharistic encounter.

The song was performed by a combined choir of St Mary's Parish Awka, St. Gabriel's Parish Choir, Okpuno, and CIC Community Choir as well as the Seminary Main Choir of Pope John Paul II Major Seminary, Okpuno.

The song CHIDOZIE was initially composed in honour of Mr Chidozie Otugo, on his birthday on 06:08:2022. It was later used the same year to mark the Silver Jubilee Singing Competition of Pope John Paul II Major Seminary, Okpuno which was proudly sponsored by Hon. Dozie Nwankwo (Onyendozi).

It is noteworthy that this song is the first work FadaBarto had written on staff notation, and that the work was actually used to learn staff notation, and has been followed by 6 other compositions coming out shortly.
