Residents allege the action was carried out without prior notice, leaving families locked out of their homes and deprived of electricity and water. With demolitions halted due to GRAP-IV restrictions, families—including newborns, pregnant women, and the elderly—are now living in the open amid severe winter conditions. No shelter, food, or medical assistance has been provided so far. Residents are demanding immediate relief, de-sealing of homes, and due legal process.
