The lecture was hosted by Enterprise Initiative at the University of Chicago on March 3rd, 2009. It was part of a lunch series focusing on current research in the area of development economics. "Eats & Economics" was held biweekly on Tuesdays throughout the winter and spring quarters, and highlighted enterprise-focused research by both professors and students.
