यह कहानी है Ajay Pratap Singh की, जिन्होंने CAPF (ACs) Examination 2024 में All India Rank 392 हासिल की।
To Respected Failures…
7 years… 34 exams… and the result was ZERO.
But the 35th attempt changed history.
This is the story of Ajay Pratap Singh, who secured All India Rank 392 in the CAPF (ACs) Examination 2024. On 25 June 2025, when the final selection list was released, his name appeared as an Assistant Commandant. Scoring 294 out of 500 marks, he proved that the rank may be small, but the struggle is always big.
Coming from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, Ajay’s journey began with Mechanical Engineering. He chose to leave campus placement behind and chase the dream of UPSC. His first success came when he cleared the CDS written exam, but he failed in the SSB. Then began a long streak of failures, repeated setbacks in UPSC Prelims, a blow in State PCS Mains, rejection in UP Police SI for being 1.5 cm short in height, and the painful “16th second” disqualification in CAPF Physical.
There was even a moment when, sitting under a tree outside the ITBP ground, he felt everything was over. But his father’s words “If not today, then tomorrow… but that day is not today” lifted him back up.
In 2024, he attempted CAPF again. This time, he cleared the written exam. In the physical test, he crossed the finish line and stood four steps ahead, as if he had finally broken free from the loop of failures. He gave the interview. The result came. His name wasn’t on the first pages. But on the last page, he found it Rank 392.
That day wasn’t just about one selection. It was the success of seven years of dedication inside a 10x10 room.
So, if you too are facing repeated failures, remember:
Who says the sky cannot be pierced?
