A moonlit nightmare descends from the treeline. Today, we’re taking on the massive Wendigo (often called the Skull Walker) by ‪@crippledgodfoundry‬ .
This sculpt is pure fantasy terror, captured in a dynamic slashing pose that provides the perfect canvas for high-drama lighting. In this walkthrough, I’m diving deep into a technique called Tint Shifting.

While Tint Shifting is a staple for Object Source Lighting (OSL), I wanted to push the boundaries by applying it across the entire model. I’ll show you how to use this method to achieve extreme contrast and a level of luminosity that makes the miniature feel like it’s carved out of shadow and moonlight.
