This Vasantha Panchami, over 800 sumangalis participated in singing the Abhrami Anthadi at the Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam. It was a grand event with beautiful bangles distributed to all women. His Holiness, Jagadguru Pujyashree Shankara Vijayendra Sarasvati Svami gave an anugraha bhashanam and the event began soon after. The women disbursed after lunch and tamboolam.
