Webinar Abstract:
In quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), multiplexing increases sample throughout, while reducing the time and cost associated with having separate reactions for each target. Furthermore, the variations that occurs between reactions are minimized when two targets of interest are measured within the same reaction. Due to these benefits, multiplexing in qPCR are widely used in different areas of research, with many applications such as diagnostics, treatment input and response monitoring, etc...
