Rabbit year is coming in a few days. It is a good time to make some bunny buns. If you are interested, I have a simple recipe and detailed instructions in this video.兔年要到了，很适合来做一些兔子馒头，有兴趣的话试一下视频里的食谱吧。
Part I: making the dough (no proof at the beginning)
Dough: 360g flour, 3g yeast, ~170-180g water
Others: red beans and dry jujubes for decoration
Part II: constructing the bunny buns
Shape 1 starts at 3:36
Shape 2 starts at 5:46 (most complicated I think)
Shape 3 starts at 8:49
Shape 4 starts at 10:28
Part III: steaming
Start steaming with cold water. Keep boiling for 10
minutess. Then turn the heat down to low level for
~3-5 minutes.
