THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CRAFT THE BEST KINETIC SHOTGUN IN DESTINY 2

In this video we are going to be taking a look at the Crafted Imperial Decree from the wartable in the helm. In my honest opinion I think this is the best kinetic shotgun in the game currently, I do think this is better than astral horizon. I only see astral being better on arc classes with elemental capacitor. But with this Titan Build I was able to make it work pretty well without ophidians, once the dexterity mods are fully fixed I think shotgunning will feel a lot better but until then I have to use what I can.
