Light language healing: release stubbornness and rigidity and allow divine flow and guidance.

These are sounds that you can listen to which speak directly to your light body and the cells of your body (bypassing the conscious mind) called light language. These specific sounds are very repetitive as their purpose is to open your light centres to be able to receive the light codes in the form of artworks, remote healing and sounds. The light codes are geometries that speak directly to your soul and light body, cells and DNA to raise your vibration, clear old energies, heal, rejuvenate and activate your ascension. You can listen to this over and over until you feel a shift or a sense of peace, neutrality or simply feel that it is done.

To receive the energy activations from the light language get yourself into a relaxed position and ground yourself and open your heart. Allow the sounds to move over you and allow any thoughts or feelings to also move through. Don’t judge anything. You may or may not feel sensations in your body or see colours or images. Either way your being will be receiving the energy where it needs to go. Afterwards be gentle on yourself and drink a lot of water. You may find emotions or body sensations moving through for a few days afterwards.
