The Supreme Court of India and the Permanent Court of Arbitration are holding a conference on International Arbitration and the Rule of Law in New Delhi from September 13 to 15, 2024. The Conference is held in collaboration with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). The event will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Supreme Court and the 125th anniversary of the Permanent Court of Arbitration.
