Arizona lawmakers fail to repeal 1864 abortion ban

Arizona state House Republicans rejected an attempt to repeal a near-total ban on abortion from 1864 that was upheld by the battleground state’s Supreme Court. “It is time to repeal this abhorrent 1864 abortion ban,” said Rep. Oscar De Los Santos.
