Some of you may be curious about the number of primogems available in version 4.8. Well, keep in mind that 4.8 is considered to be a good patch, so you can obviously expect an abundance of primogems. As we already know, Navia and Nilou will be featured in the first phase banners, while Emilie and yelan will appear in the second phase banners. so, if you plan to make wishes on these banners, you'll likely need a substantial amount of primogems. In this video, we'll discuss how many primogems you can expect to obtain in version 4.8.

Okay, let's begin with the basics. After updating your game to Version 4.8, you'll automatically get 600 primogems. Just so you're aware, the servers will be down for a few hours before you can log in and play the game. But don't worry, as compensation, all players will receive 600 primogems from Mihoyo.

Now, onto the less exciting but steady source of primogems: daily missions. You can earn 60 primogems per day. Since version 4.8 will last for 42 days, that's 42 times 60, which equals 2,520. So, if you log in daily and complete your dailies, you can get 2,520 primogems just from those tasks.

We're getting 4 events in version 4.8. Since the summer event is back again, we can expect many primogems. So in total, for the summer event plus the three smaller events, you can expect around 2260 primogems. Remember, I didn't include the number of primogems you could get if you fully explore the whole summer event. If I include that, then you can expect around 3360 primogems.

next up, the spiral abyss and the Imaginarium theater. Since the abyss gives more primogems than before, it will only reset once per update. So one reset will give 800 primogems. And for the Imaginarium theater, it will also reset once, giving us 620 primogems. so combined, both the abyss and the new abyss will give 1420 primogems.

the shop will reset once, meaning if you have 375 stardusts, you can easily grab yourself 5 intertwined fates or 800 primogems.

since we're getting emilie's story quests, that's 60 primogems in the bag.

The character trial runs for navia, nilou, emilie and yelan will give you 80 primogems in total.

And lastly, the version 5.0 special program will give you 300 primogems.

Now after adding all these numbers, you will get around 57 intertwined fates or 9140 primogems. That is definitely not enough for a 5-star character unless you're lucky. if you buy welkin, you will get around 80 intertwined fates. So better start exploring the game as soon as possible.
