Daggerfall Unity Troubleshooting Conclusion 240904 - Kab's Unleveled Spells mod was the culprit.

So I ran into some problems with my Daggerfall Unity save. I tried a number of troubleshooting tips, but no dice. These issues occurred after crash to desktop that also axed an active OBS recording for some reason.

Weirdly the problem goes away if I load a previous save, then immediately load my most recent save. The problem is that a number of mods don't work, and I can't press ALT for crouch. These issues go away if I start a new game, or load a previous save. They don't go away if I disable all my mods. At least not that I can find.

I reached out for help, and after some extensive troubleshooting, we discovered it was the Unleveled Spells mod, specifically a setting in it. I made a video of my findings. I'm still really confused on how everything worked out the way it did though.
