4 Prosecutions and 1 Advisory/Warning for 5 Phone Drivers

I can't always get the results now, but I do know if a prosecution was initiated by the sending of an NIP to the registered keeper of the car. NIP = Notice of Intended Prosecution, and it starts the process of identifying the driver in order to charge them with the offence reported.
