Calendra has been fully funded on Kickstarter & will be coming to customers this Autumn!! To help celebrate, I want to share some fun little videos that show how the cards work!

Last year when we ran our Kickstarter on The Great Chase, one of my favorite video series to prepare were our “Character Spotlights” which showed the special traits each character brings to the game! So this year I thought I would do the same to highlight the six special abilities that cards in Calendra might possess. These abilities are:

•Anti-Weather
•Anti-Plague
•Anti-Swap
•Score Modifiers
•The Swap
•The Ancient

For our final video, we are going to talk about the most offensive tactic available in Calendra: "The Swap". This ability... is the most core mechanic to the gameplay of Calendra, and is critical in the path to victory! The Swap can be found on three card types: The Changeling, The Plague, and The Mist, and it allows you to swap cards that are already in play with the cards that possess the swap ability. This allows you to steal cards that you need from other players, do tricky technique to win rounds for yourself & even opens up the possibility for you to cause other players to win rounds as a last ditch effort to prevent the end of a game!
